RSPN — EU-Funded PINS ER-3 Programme
Led the full Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) function for the multi-million Euro EU-funded Programme for Improved Nutrition in Sindh (PINS ER-3) across 10 districts of north and south Sindh. Designed the programme-wide M&E framework, Theory of Change, and KPI architecture covering Fisheries, Agriculture, Food Security, and WASH components. Developed and operationalised an integrated online MIS for real-time programme tracking and evidence-based decision-making. Conducted baseline, midline, and endline assessments using digital data collection tools developed through Open Data Kit (ODK) to measure outputs, outcomes, and programme impact. Ensured compliance with EU OPSYS reporting requirements by preparing quarterly and annual KPI reports and coordinating regularly with the EU Development Advisor. Conducted post-flood needs assessments across all programme districts and designed a comprehensive rehabilitation package in response. Coordinated with seven government line departments, including Agriculture, PHED, Livestock, and Fisheries, along with the AAP taskforce to ensure effective programme delivery. Led periodic Performance Review Workshops with implementing partners to assess progress and plan subsequent implementation phases. Maintained all M&E documentation through SharePoint and OneDrive systems and managed regular updates to the PINS programme webpage.

RSPN — Health System Strengthening Project (USAID/JSI)
Supervised a team of 150+ field staff to ensure effective implementation of routine immunization programmes across eight districts, including Jacobabad, Kashmore, and Tharparkar. Led on-the-job capacity building initiatives for field teams, Lady Health Workers, and vaccinators to improve programme delivery quality and operational efficiency. Coordinated closely with the Expanded Programme on Immunization (EPI) and district health authorities to monitor vaccination plans, track progress, and address implementation bottlenecks. Managed periodic donor reporting requirements and maintained the central MIS for accurate data management and reporting. Participated in district and provincial coordination meetings to support the development of contingency plans for disease outbreak preparedness and response.
